Nadaljujte s takim\u00a0 prehranjevanjem. Seveda pa hrana ni vse zato morate vklju\u010diti tudi ostalo zdravo prehrano in aktivnost ( hoja, plavanje, kolesarjenje, fitnisiranje, skratka pomembna je kontinuirana telesna vadba).<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Ovseni kosmi\u010di<\/strong><br \/>\nZajtrk brez njih bi bil pust. Vsakodnevno zajtrkovanje ovsenih kosmi\u010dev bo v \u0161estih tednih zni\u017ealo va\u0161 slab holesterol po raziskavah sode\u010d za 5,3%.\u00a0 Klju\u010d do ni\u017eanja le tega je v vsebnosti beta-glukana, substance v ovesu, ki absorbira ldl katerega nato va\u0161e telo izlo\u010di.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Fi\u017eol <\/strong><br \/>\nFi\u017eol &#8211; bogat z vlakninami zni\u017euje\u00a0LDL holesterol za 8% sode\u010d po raziskavi univerze v Arizoni. Vlaknine zni\u017eujejo absorbcijo slabega holesterola iz ostale hrane.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6. \u010crni in zeleni \u010daj <\/strong><br \/>\n\u017de dolgo \u010dasa je znano, da \u010drni in zeleni \u010daj vsebuje veliko antioksidantov, ki pripomorejo k zdravju in \u0161\u010ditenju celic proti razli\u010dnim boleznim. Pozitivno pa u\u010dinkuje tudi na LDL holesterol, ki ga zni\u017euje. Raziskava USDA dokazuje, da trije tedni pitja \u010drnega \u010daja zni\u017eajo slab holesterol za okoli 10%.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7. Temna \u010cokolada <\/strong><br \/>\nKon\u010dno sladko zdravo\u00a0\u017eivilo :) Zvi\u0161uje dober holesterol za okoli 24%. Margarina <\/strong><br \/>\nNavadne margarine zamenjajte za tiste &#8216;zdrave&#8217; z steroli. Predvsem pa zmanj\u0161ajte vnos nezdravih \u017eivalskih in trans ma\u0161\u010dob.<\/p>\n<p><strong>9. \u0160pina\u010da <\/strong><br \/>\nVsebuje lutein, ki slovi po varovanju starostne degeneracije makule, vodilnega vzroka za slepoto. Odkrili pa so tudi, da lutein varuje arterije pred nalaganjem slabega holesterola na njihove stene.<\/p>\n<p><strong>10. Avokado <\/strong><br \/>\nOdli\u010den vir hranljivih snovi in nenasi\u010denih zdravih ma\u0161\u010dob. Slab holesterol zni\u017euje in vi\u0161a dobrega.<\/p>\n<p><strong>11. \u010cesen<\/strong><br \/>\nZdravilni \u010desen, ki ga dandanes dodajamo vsaki jedi ni\u017ea holesterol, zni\u017euje krvi tlak in zmanj\u0161uje infekcije.
