
{"id":106,"date":"2016-06-15T11:29:04","date_gmt":"2016-06-15T09:29:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.zdravstvena.info\/preventiva\/?p=106"},"modified":"2016-06-16T17:23:03","modified_gmt":"2016-06-16T15:23:03","slug":"urinska-inkontinenca-inkontinenca-zdravljenje-inkontinence-vaje-za-urinsko-inkontinenco","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.zdravstvena.info\/preventiva\/urinska-inkontinenca-inkontinenca-zdravljenje-inkontinence-vaje-za-urinsko-inkontinenco.html","title":{"rendered":"Urinska inkontinenca"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"attachment wp-att-107 centered alignleft\" style=\"float: left;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.zdravstvena.info\/preventiva\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/01\/inkontinenca-urinska.jpg\" alt=\"inkontinenca-urinska\" width=\"150\" height=\"252\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: small; font-family: Calibri;\">Inkontinenca je nehotno zadr\u017eevanje urina, za katero obolevajo tako mo\u0161ki kot \u017eenske. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: small; font-family: Calibri;\">Normalni mehur zdr\u017ei pribli\u017eno 0,5 l urina, potrebo po uriniranju pa za\u010dutimo pri pribli\u017eno 0,25 l urina.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: small; font-family: Calibri;\">Skoraj vsaka tretja \u017eenska ima te\u017eave z inkontinenco. <\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: small; font-family: Calibri;\"> Poznamo stresno, urgentno inkontinenco, owerlow, refleksno in kombinirano inkontinenco. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: small; font-family: Calibri;\">Vzrok za stresno inkontinenco je insuficienca se\u010dnice (popu\u0161\u010danje ligamentov) ali pa oslabelost mi\u0161ic zapiralk se\u010dnice. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: small; font-family: Calibri;\">Urgentna inkontinenca je povezana z mo\u010dno potrebo po uriniranju, zaradi nehotnega kr\u010denja se\u010dnega mehurja ali prevelike ob\u010dutljivosti se\u010dnika. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: small; font-family: Calibri;\">Pri owerlow inkontinenci se\u010d kroni\u010dno zastaja v se\u010dnem mehurju, najve\u010dkrat zaradi zapore v se\u010dni cevi (pove\u010dana prostata, sladkorna bolezen, po\u0161kodba hrbtenice,..). Refleksna inkontinenca je predvsem nevrolo\u0161ka te\u017eava, ki je nezavedna, nehotna in neustavljiva. Kombinirana inkontinenca pa je kombinacija stresne in urgentne inkontinence.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: small; font-family: Calibri;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: small; font-family: Calibri;\">Konzervativno zdravljenje inkontinence je lahko s pomo\u010djo biolo\u0161ko povratne zanke (bio feet back), medikamentoznega zdravljenja (predvsem pri nevrogenem mehurju in pri blagih oblikah stresne inkontinence s pomo\u010djo estrogenov), funkcionalne elektri\u010dne stimulacije (FES; s pomo\u010djo elektri\u010dnih tokov krepimo mi\u0161ice) in s pomo\u010djo keglovih vaj. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: small; font-family: Calibri;\">Vaje pri katerih prekinjamo mikcijo, naj bodo le kot pripomo\u010dek za to da se nau\u010dimo katere mi\u0161ice je potrebno napenjati in ne kot vaje za urinsko inkontinenco, saj se na\u010deloma izogibamo zastajanju urina.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: small; font-family: Calibri;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: small; font-family: Calibri;\">V pomo\u010d le nekaj vaj, ki so v pomo\u010d pri urinski inkotinenci.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: small; font-family: Calibri;\">Vaja za krepitev mi\u0161ic medeni\u010dnega dna, ki jih lahko izvajamo v vseh polo\u017eajih (le\u017ee, sede, stoje), ponovimo jih najmanj 3-4 krat na dan:<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt 36pt; text-indent: -18pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;\"><span style=\"mso-ascii-font-family: Calibri; mso-fareast-font-family: Calibri; mso-hansi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;\"><span style=\"mso-list: Ignore;\"><span style=\"font-size: small; font-family: Calibri;\">&#8211;<\/span> <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: small; font-family: Calibri;\">Medeni\u010dno dno stisnemo in kontrakcijo zadr\u017eimo tako dolgo kot lahko. Koleni imamo skupaj, stopali rahlo narazen. Isto\u010dasno stisnemo skupaj koleni in potiskamo podplate ob tla, dvignemo rebra in potegnemo medeni\u010dno dno navzgor. Med vajo ves \u010das dihamo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: small; font-family: Calibri;\">Za uravnavanje kontinence je zelo pomembna tudi pravilna dr\u017ea telesa, ki zmanj\u0161uje pritisk na medeni\u010dne mi\u0161ice, urejena prebava, normalna telesna te\u017ea, dihalne vaje in vaje za vensko \u010drpalko. Potrebno je dovolj piti. Hodite na vodo na 3-4 ure tudi \u010de vas ne ti\u0161\u010di, pazite na zmernost u\u017eivanja pija\u010d, ki vsebujejo kofein, izogibajte se alkoholu, prenehajte kaditi in predvsem prevzemite odgovornost za va\u0161e zdravje in pri\u010dnite z vajami. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: small; font-family: Calibri;\">V kolikor \u017ee imate te\u017eave je pri dvigovanju bremen najbolje \u010de imate eno nogo pred drugo, te\u017ei\u0161\u010de na stopalih, pred dvigom izdihnite da tako zmanj\u0161ate pritisk v trebu\u0161ni votlini.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: small; font-family: Calibri;\">Blanka Ko\u0161\u010dak Tivadar, dipl fiziot.\u00a0\u00a0 Pnf in Cyriax terapevt<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Inkontinenca je nehotno zadr\u017eevanje urina, za katero obolevajo tako mo\u0161ki kot \u017eenske.
