Slab zajtrk ! <\/strong><br \/>\nVsi veste, da naj bi se zjutraj zajtrkovalo.<\/p>\n<p>Zajtrk poln kalcija, \u017eitaric in ogljikovih hidratov je \u0161e vedno najbolj zdrav obrok dneva.<\/p>\n<p>Pomislite koliko \u017eitaric, sadja, mleka, jogurta pojeste \u010dez dan ? Skoraj ni\u010d.<\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/>\n2. Brezglavo basanje s hrano kar tako ! <\/strong><br \/>\nVzemite si nekaj minut \u010dasa vsak dan in premislite kaj boste jedli \u010dez dan.<\/p>\n<p>To izbolj\u0161a va\u0161e stare navade po hitri prehrani in raznih energetskih bombah iz avtomatov.<\/p>\n<p>Premi\u0161ljeno si zamislite kaj bi jedli in kako boste pri\u0161li do te hrane.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Vikend, ki nagradi ! <\/strong><br \/>\n\u010cez teden smo bili pridni in gledali kaj smo pojedli in koliko.<\/p>\n<p>Vikend je zato, da se nagradimo kajne ? Vendar je to zelo narobe kajti za\u010dnemo pretiravat.<\/p>\n<p>Pri zajtrku zamenjamo \u017eitarice in mle\u010dne izdelke z jajci, slanino in gorami kruha.<\/p>\n<p>Zve\u010der pred televizijo nas obi\u0161\u010de \u010dips, kokice in pivo.<\/p>\n<p><!-- wp_ad_camp_1 --><\/p>\n<p>Za ve\u010derjo ali kosilo prileti pica in veliko coca cole.<\/p>\n<p>Omejimo koli\u010dinsko malce vse te pregre\u0161ke kajti po izsledkih raziskav dobimo samo v dveh dneh vikenda vse kilograme gor katere smo med tednom zgubili.<\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/>\n4. Ne pustite, da Vas televizija vodi v izbiro hrane ! <\/strong><br \/>\nOgla\u0161evanje na tv ju z raznoraznimi oddajami \u017ee majhne otroke spodbudi k iskanju &#8216;dobre&#8217; in hitre prehrane.<\/p>\n<p>S tem jim vzbudi odpor do sadje ter zelenjave.<\/p>\n<p>Kar pomislite malce koliko otrok je z veseljem sadje in zelenjavo razen parih izjem seveda.<\/p>\n<p>Ne pozabite, da se prehranjevalne navade oblikujejo v otro\u0161tvu zato, \u010de \u017eelite svojemu otroku zdravo in vitko prihodnost mu za\u010dnite cepiti zdravo prehrano v glavo \u017ee sedaj !<\/p>\n<p><strong>5.
