Skeletne mi\u0161ice, kamor sodijo mi\u0161ice medeni\u010dnega dna potrebujejo tako kot ostale skeletne mi\u0161ice stalni trening za dobro opravljanje svoje funkcije.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Urologi opozarjajo na zmanj\u0161anje mi\u0161i\u010dne mase pri mo\u0161kih, ki se starajo, zgubljajo koli\u010dine testesterona in posledi\u010dno med drugim tudi mi\u0161i\u010dno maso, trebu\u0161no debelost, utrujenost, na mi\u0161i\u010dne in sklepne bole\u010dine,\u2026. Potrebno je 30-60 minut hoje na dan, 5 x tedensko in 2 x tedensko 15-20 minut kardio vadbe.<\/p>\n<p><!-- wp_ad_camp_1 --><\/p>\n<p>Gibamo se lahko povsod, lahko hodite, hitro hodite, te\u010de, kolesarite, ple\u0161ete. Na mesto dvigala uporabite stopnice.
