Ocenjujemo tudi gib \u010deljusti naprej in nazaj in vstran levo in desno (normalno za pribli\u017eno \u010detrtino odprtja ust).<\/p>\n<p>Predvsem je pomembna tudi simetrija izvedbe giba.<\/p>\n<p>Seveda sta vedno aktivna oba sklepa, levi in desni. Tako kot tudi pri drugih sklepih v na\u0161em telesu, je poleg normalnega sklepnega gibanja za dobro funkcijo pomembna tudi ustrezna, normalna mi\u0161i\u010dna aktivnost.<\/p>\n<p>Tako lahko slabo in neustrezno zapiranje ust (malokluzija, vnetja, izpah meniska, kontrakture v sklepu, asimetrija,po\u0161kodbe, mi\u0161i\u010dni spazem\u2026) in (pre)pogosto \u017eve\u010denje vodi v pove\u010dano mi\u0161i\u010dno napetost \u017eve\u010dnih mi\u0161ic.<\/p>\n<p>Posledi\u010dno lahko nastanejo spremembe v \u010deljustnem sklepu in vratni hrbtenici, enako lahko vpliva tudi spremenjen polo\u017eaj vratne hrbtenice na polo\u017eaj \u010deljusti in ugriz.<\/p>\n<p>[wp_ad_camp_1]<\/p>\n<p><strong>Na morebitne spremembe oziroma te\u017eave v \u010deljustnem sklepu lahko pomislimo kadar:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>imamo \u017ee bole\u010dine v predelu \u010deljustnega sklepa. Bole\u010dina je lahko prisotna lokalno (navadno v predelu diska, ki je lociran v zadnjem delu sklepa) ali pa iz\u017eareva v predel u\u0161esa,<\/li>\n<li>ob\u010dutimo glavobol ali obrazno bole\u010dino, ki se lahko pojavi zaradi pove\u010dane mi\u0161i\u010dne napetosti \u017eve\u010dnih mi\u0161ic. Tenzijski glavobol lahko zaradi pove\u010dane napetosti mi\u0161ic vratne hrbtenice privede do vzdra\u017eenja velikega zatilnega &#8211; okcipitalnega \u017eivca.<\/li>\n<li>kadar so prisotni glasovi pri gibanju (\u0161kripanje, pokanje,\u2026),<\/li>\n<li>kadar ust ne moremo dovolj odpreti ali jih odpremo preve\u010d,<\/li>\n<li>kadar so zobje preob\u010dutljivi ali so prisotne bole\u010dine v zobeh (zobozdravnik pa ne odkrije nepravilnosti ali obolenj),<\/li>\n<li>kadar imamo vedno suha usta ali nas v ustih pe\u010de,<\/li>\n<li>kadar se pojavlja zvonjenje v u\u0161esih,<\/li>\n<li>kadar se ponavljajo bole\u010dine v vratni hrbtenici,<\/li>\n<li>v nekaterih primerih lahko bole\u010dina nastane pri pretiranem odpiranju ust (zehanje,\u017eve\u010denje, dalj\u0161e odprtje ust pri zobozdravniku), \u010deljust se lahko zatika, sli\u0161imo pokanje, \u0161krtanje.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>V praksi najpogosteje ugotavljamo preveliko napetost mi\u0161ic, predvsem zunanje pterigoidne mi\u0161ice, ki (po)vle\u010de diskus v neustrezen polo\u017eaj.<\/p>\n<p>Po ustreznem fizioterapevtskem pregledu\u00a0 sklepa, se glede na rezultate lahko odlo\u010dimo za mobilizacijo, relaksacijo ali krepitev mi\u0161ic \u2013 mi\u0161i\u010dno uravnove\u0161enje obeh sklepov in seveda ostalih predelov telesa (podjezi\u010dnice, vratu, ramenskega obro\u010da,\u2026) ob souporabi ostalih fizioterapevtskih tehnik.<\/p>\n<p>Terapija je razli\u010dna od posameznika do posameznika.<\/p>\n<p>Pri omejitvi obsega giba zaradi sklepa in sklepu pripadajo\u010dih tkiv s pomo\u010djo posebnih tehnik (distrakcij in sklepnih drsenj), katere naknadno izvaja vsak posameznik sam doma, pove\u010damo gibljivost.<\/p>\n<p>Kadar pa je vzrok v mehkih tkivih, mi\u0161icah, s pomo\u010djo mi\u0161i\u010dno relaksacijskh tehnikh zmanj\u0161amo napetost \u017eve\u010dnih mi\u0161ic in damo bolniku navodila za ustrezne terapevtske vaje.<\/p>\n<p>Pomagamo si studi z\u00a0 masa\u017eo, limfno drena\u017eo, tehnikami napni sproti, kraniosakralno terapijo,\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Potrebna je tudi ustrezna edukacija za izvajanje vaj doma, pravilni polo\u017eaj pri spanju (ne enostranskih obremenitev sklepa), kot tudi svetovanje pri prehranjevanju in dr\u017ei.<\/p>\n<p>Pogosto je potrebna terapija zobozdravnikov (da preverijo stanje zob, previsoka plomba, proteza) ali ortodontov (ki predpi\u0161ejo ustrezne no\u010dne opornice), otolaringologov in psihologov.<\/p>\n<p>Bolniki naj u\u017eivajo mehko hrano in naj se izogibajo pretiranem odpiranju ust in \u017eve\u010denju.<\/p>\n<p>Blanka Ko\u0161\u010dak Tivadar dipl.fiziot.<\/p>\n<p>Ipnf in Cyriax terapevt<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u010celjustni sklep, ki povezuje mandibulo (spodnjo \u010deljust) s temporalno kostjo (sen\u010dnico) in sklepnim diskom (meniskom) imenujemo tudi temporomandibularni sklep.
