Toplo ali hladno?<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Seveda so \u010dakalne vrste najbolj dolge kadar zunaj de\u017euje ali se pripravlja sprememba vremena.<\/p>\n<p>Saj vendar ve\u010dina ljudi ob\u010duti nihanje temperatur ravno kot bolezenske znake ali slabo po\u010dutje.<\/p>\n<p>Verjetno se takrat ve\u010dina nas po\u010duti utrujene, razdra\u017eene, \u010dutimo bole\u010dine v sklepih, nihanja v krvnem pritisku, slabo spimo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Z ob\u010dutljivostjo na vremenske spremembe se lahko rodimo ali pa ob\u010dutljivost pridobimo skozi \u017eivljenje.<\/p>\n<p>V veliki meri vpliva na vremensko preob\u010dutljivost prav sodoben na\u010din \u017eivljenja.<\/p>\n<p>Veliko ve\u010dino dneva pre\u017eivimo v zaprtih, klimatiziranih prostorih in se ne gibamo dovolj. Potem pa je tu \u0161e veliko \u0161tevilo porasta alergij, stres ter seveda nepravilna prehrana.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ob\u010dutljivost na vremenske spremembe se z leti ve\u010da. Na tak na\u010din nas telo pogosto opozarja, da moramo upo\u010dasniti tempo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dovzetni za vremenske spremembe pa so tudi ljudje, ki so v preteklosti imeli te\u017eje po\u0161kodbe, zlome, operacije.<\/p>\n<p>Pred spremembo vremena postanejo po\u0161kodovana ali operirana mesta veliko bolj ob\u010dutljiva, \u010de je \u0161lo za po\u0161kodbe glave pa se pojavijo hudi glavoboli ali celo migrene.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Nekateri ljudje so tako ob\u010dutljivi, da ponavadi kar re\u010dejo, da \u010dutijo v sklepih, da se bo vreme spremenilo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Vremenska ob\u010dutljivost je zelo pogost pojav. Vsak si lahko najde nekaj, kar mu bo pomagalo sprostiti telo in se pripraviti na slab\u0161e vreme.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Tudi kadar de\u017euje ali je mrzlo nam \u0161e vedno ni treba opustiti zunanjih dejavnosti.<\/p>\n<p>Toplo se oblecimo, vzemimo de\u017enik in se odpravimo na sprehod ali pe\u0161 do bli\u017enje trgovine.<\/p>\n<p>Kolikor je mo\u017eno bodimo zunaj na sve\u017eem zraku in se izogibajmo zaprtim prostorom. Na dan spijmo veliko teko\u010dine, najbolj\u0161a je navadna voda, izogibajmo pa se kavi, gaziranim pija\u010dam in alkoholu.<\/p>\n<p><!-- wp_ad_camp_1 --><\/p>\n<p>Zau\u017eijmo veliko sadja, sve\u017ee zelenjave, izogibajmo pa se mastni, slani hrani in sladkarijam.<\/p>\n<p>Spremljajte biometerolo\u0161ko napoved vremena tako da boste pripravljeni na va\u0161 odziv telesa.<\/p>\n<p>V dneh spremenljivega vremena ne opravljajte te\u017ejih opravil, raje stvari opravite prej ali prelo\u017eite na dneve, ko se boste bolje po\u010dutili.<\/p>\n<p>Upo\u0161tevajte signale, ki vam jih va\u0161e telo po\u0161ilja. Zmanj\u0161ajte stres in za vikende pospravite mobilne telefone, ra\u010dunalnike in se raje odpravite v hribe.<\/p>\n<p>Seveda pa najbolj pomaga optimizem.
