Ko smo \u0161portno aktivni postane dihanje mnogo bolj kompleksno. Naj vdihnemo skozi nos ali skozi usta? Kaj pa dihanje s trebu\u0161no prepono? Dihanje bi morali prilagoditi glede na \u0161portno aktivnost.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Za optimalno delovanje na\u0161e mi\u0161ice potrebujejo dobro oksigenacijo.<\/p>\n<p>Prav tako lahko pravilno dihanje omogo\u010di \u0161portniku, pa naj bo to rekreativec ali profesionalni \u0161portnik, da je njegovo aktivnost bolj\u0161a, zanj manj naporna in z manj stranskimi u\u010dinki.<\/p>\n<p>Z zavedanjem pomembnosti dihanja in malo vaje lahko dose\u017eemo veliko bolj\u0161i u\u010dinek.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1466\" title=\"tek\" src=\"https:\/\/www.zdravstvena.info\/preventiva\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/05\/tek.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"413\" height=\"275\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.zdravstvena.info\/preventiva\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/05\/tek.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.zdravstvena.info\/preventiva\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/05\/tek-150x100.jpg 150w, https:\/\/www.zdravstvena.info\/preventiva\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/05\/tek-225x150.jpg 225w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 413px) 100vw, 413px\" \/><br \/>\n<strong>Tek<\/strong><br \/>\nSamo dobra pripravljenost in vzdr\u017eljivost nista nujno dovolj za doseganje dobrih rezultatov. Ne obstaja absolutno pravilo, katera tehnika dihanja je najbolj\u0161a.Za nekatere teka\u010de je najbolj\u0161a oblika dihanja en vdih na dva dotika stopal s podlago, pravi Alison Mcdonell avtorica knjige Breathe Strong Perfotm Better.<\/p>\n<p>Torej dva koraka (en z levo in en z desno) in en vdih, in enako pri izdihu (ritem 2:2).<\/p>\n<p>Sinhronizacija dihanja in teka tako ne ustvarja dodatnega nepotrebnega pritiska na prepono in notranje organe.<\/p>\n<p>Nadalje Mcdonellova priporo\u010da vdih skozi usta, saj na ta na\u010din la\u017eje vdihnemo in ne porabljamo dodatne energije.<\/p>\n<p>Spet drugi strokovnjaki, pa zagovarjajo vdih skozi nos, saj tako pove\u010dujemo saturacijo CO2 v krvi in dose\u017eemo umirjajo\u010d u\u010dinek, kot pravi dr. Sugarmann (Director of Applied Neuroscience for Athletes\u2019 Performance and the U.S. National Men\u2019s Soccer Team.), hkrati pa zrak ogrejemo, zmanj\u0161amo vnos alergenov (professional triathlete and Ironwoman Terra Castro).<\/p>\n<p>Najbolje je, da sami preizkusite kaj vam najbolj odgovarja.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1467\" title=\"rokometas\" src=\"https:\/\/www.zdravstvena.info\/preventiva\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/05\/rokometas.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"448\" height=\"448\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.zdravstvena.info\/preventiva\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/05\/rokometas.jpg 540w, https:\/\/www.zdravstvena.info\/preventiva\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/05\/rokometas-150x150.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 448px) 100vw, 448px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Visoko intenzivni \u0161porti (nogomet, rokomet,\u2026)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong>Dihalne mi\u0161ice igrajo pomembno vlogo pri na\u0161ih stabilizacijskih mi\u0161icah in stabilizacijskem sistemu, tako bomo podzavestno ob velikem naporu vdihnili in s pomo\u010djo izdiha izvedli te\u017eji del aktivnosti, ker smo tako mo\u010dnej\u0161i, ter bomo hkrati zavarovali na\u0161o hrbtenico, kot pravi McDonellova.<\/p>\n<p>Prav tako nam \u017ee sama intenzivnost kardio vadbe narekuje izdih. Poleg tega ima po\u010dasnej\u0161e in mo\u010dnej\u0161e dihanje tudi psiholo\u0161ki u\u010dinek, saj \u0161portnika umirja, spodbuja, pa tudi znake utrujenosti za\u010duti kasneje, kot dodaja Mcdonellova.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1468\" title=\"fitnes vadba\" src=\"https:\/\/www.zdravstvena.info\/preventiva\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/05\/fitnes-vadba.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.zdravstvena.info\/preventiva\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/05\/fitnes-vadba.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.zdravstvena.info\/preventiva\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/05\/fitnes-vadba-150x150.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><br \/>\n<strong>Trening za mo\u010d<\/strong><br \/>\nAerobna aktivnost, poleg pridobivanja mi\u0161i\u010dne mase, pozitivno vpliva tudi na dihanje, saj ob pravilni izvedbi pri velikem naporu izdihnemo, tako imamo ve\u010djo mo\u010d in hkrati obvarujemo na\u0161o hrbtenico, saj obdr\u017eimo stabilnost v ledvenem delu.<\/p>\n<p>Torej pri dvigovanju bremen ves \u010das po\u010dasi in enakomerno izdihujemo, na koncu vdihnemo in nato ponovno pri spu\u0161\u010danju izdihujemo.<\/p>\n<p>Ves \u010das moramo imeti napete stabilizacijske mi\u0161ice (core muscles). Nikoli ne pozabite izdihniti. Cilj te tehnike je umiritev \u017eiv\u010dnega sistema, zni\u017eanje krvnega pritiska, zmanj\u0161evanje stresa, skratka umiritev\u00a0 (yoga instructor and Greatist Expert Rebecca Pacheco).<\/p>\n<p>Druga tehnika dihanja pa je bolj primerna za bolj intenzivne oblike joge, pri tehniki je vdih in izdih skozi nos s pomo\u010djo manj\u0161e kontrakcije v zadnjem delu grla. <\/p>\n<p>Predvsem ne zadr\u017eujte diha, morda je ta polo\u017eaj za vas prete\u017eek, vrnite se za stopnjo ni\u017eje in nadaljujte, ko boste lahko ob izvedbi polo\u017eaja tudi dihali.<\/p>\n<p>Ste \u0161e vedno brez sape?
