Stalna \u017eiv\u010dno mi\u0161i\u010dna aktivnost telesu omogo\u010da racionalno delovanje.<\/p>\n<p>Tako imenovana toni\u010dna aktivnost v mi\u0161icah povzro\u010da trajno aktivnost manj\u0161ega mi\u0161i\u010dnih vlaken, ki poskrbijo za vzdr\u017eevanje dr\u017ee.<\/p>\n<p>Na podlagi \u017eiv\u010dnih impulzov iz mi\u0161ic, tetiv, sklepov, ko\u017ee, ravnote\u017enega organa in o\u010di se izmenoma napenjajo posamezna mi\u0161i\u010dna vlakna. Na dr\u017eo vplivajo tudi polo\u017eaj sklepov, diskov, ligamenti, fascia in psihosomatski dejavniki.<\/p>\n<p>Seveda morajo poleg normalne raztegljivosti aktivnosti in mi\u0161i\u010dne mo\u010di mi\u0161ice delovati sinhrono in v dobri povezavi z osrednjim \u017eiv\u010devjem.<\/p>\n<p>Te\u017ei\u0161\u010de normalnega \u010dlove\u0161kega telesa je tik pred drugim sakralnim vretencem, zato je tudi sicer pri vadbi zelo velik poudarek na njej.<\/p>\n<p>Prav tako lahko zmanj\u0161ana mo\u010d iztegovalk kolkov vpliva na pove\u010dan nagib medenice, spremenjeno te\u017ei\u0161\u010de in posledi\u010dno spremembo vseh mehkotkivnih ali celo kostnih struktur.<\/p>\n<p>Poleg mi\u0161ic, ki so odgovorne za stabilnost ledvene hrbtenice so zelo pomembne tudi mi\u0161ice v vratnem predelu. Predvsem te zadnje so zaradi nepravilnega sedenja, slabega polo\u017eaja ra\u010dunalnika in neaktivnosti velikokrat preslabotne.<\/p>\n<p><!-- wp_ad_camp_1 --><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ledvena hrbtenica<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Prema trebu\u0161na mi\u0161ica (Rectus abdominis) &#8211; stabilizira medenico, da se ne obra\u010da naprej, prepre\u010duje preveliko obremenitev na hrbtenico pri zaklonu (iztegu),<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 zunanja po\u0161evna in notranja po\u0161evna trebu\u0161na mi\u0161ica (m m obliquous externus in internus) \u2013 skupaj s premo mi\u0161ico pomagata pri stabilizaciji medenice, prepre\u010dujeta prevelik stranski nagib hrbtenice, sodelujeta pri stabilnosti hrbtenice, skupaj s pre\u010dno trebu\u0161no mi\u0161ico sodelujeta pri intrabdominalnem pritisku in posredno razbremenita hrbtenico,<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 prema mi\u0161ica (transverzus abdominis) \u2013 napenja thorakolumbalno fascijo in poskrbi za stabilnost hrbtenice,<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 kvadratna mi\u0161ica kri\u017ea (quadratus lumborum) \u2013 stabilizira rebra pri vdihu, stabilizira ledveni del hrbta in zagotavlja stabilnost v \u010delni in sagitalni ravnini,<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 multifidne mi\u0161ice (multifidi) \u2013 zagotavljajo stabilnost vretenc, prepre\u010dujejo prekomerno upogibanje in rotacije vretenc,<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 medvreten\u010dne mi\u0161ice (intersegmental roattors, intertransversaii) \u2013 so odgovorne za medvreten\u010dno stabilnost,<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 izravnalke trupa (iliocostalis, longissimus, spinalis) \u2013 kontrola pri gibu trupa navzpred, stabilnost trupa, prepre\u010dujejo da bi trup zdrsnil navzpred,<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u010crevni\u010dno-ledvena mi\u0161ica (m.iliopsoas) \u2013 iliacus stabilizira medenico, psoas stabilizira ledveno hrbtenico pri dvigu te\u017ekih bremen na kontralateralni strani.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vratna hrbtenica<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 obra\u010dalka glave (m.sternocleidomastoideus) in skalenske mi\u0161ice (m. scaleni) \u2013 skrbijo za ravnote\u017eje na\u0161e glave glede na polo\u017eaj trupa, predvsem kadar je glava nagnjena nazaj,<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 zgornja kapucasta mi\u0161ica (m. trapezius) in iztegovalke vratne hrbtenice (cervical erector spinae) &#8211; skrbijo za ravnote\u017eje na\u0161e glave glede na polo\u017eaj trupa, predvsem kadar je glava nagnjena naprej,<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 dvigovalka lopatice (m. levator scapule) \u2013 skrbi za polo\u017eaj lopatice,<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 dolga vratna mi\u0161ica (m. longus colli)\u00b8 prema mi\u0161ica glave \u2013 skrbi za medvreten\u010dno stabilnost vratne hrbtenice.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Torej ni vseeno kaj, kako, kolikokrat
