Navadno to storimo z lahkotnim tekom na teka\u0161ki stezi ali kolesu. <\/p>\n<p>Pazimo da ne pretiravamo, saj je na\u0161 namen ogrevanje, kaj ne. Pa tudi sicer kadar uporabljamo tek in kolesarjenje kot obliko vadbo (npr. za porabo energije, torej ma\u0161\u010dob) pazimo da ne pretiravamo in preobremenjujemo mi\u0161ice, saj bom v tem primeru imeli manj mo\u010di za vadbo z ute\u017emi.<\/p>\n<p>Raztezanje pred vadbo naj bo to dinami\u010dno raztezanje, po vadbi pa stati\u010dno raztezanje. <\/p>\n<p>Stati\u010dno raztezanje pred vadbo ni primerno saj lahko v primeru prevelike obremenitve na sklep med treningom povzro\u010di nestabilnost in po\u0161kodbo, medtem ko z dinami\u010dnim raztezanjem pripravimo mi\u0161ice na pove\u010dane obremenitve.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.zdravstvena.info\/preventiva\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/11\/1-DSC01315.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-thumbnail wp-image-1753\" src=\"https:\/\/www.zdravstvena.info\/preventiva\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/11\/1-DSC01315-150x81.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"81\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.zdravstvena.info\/preventiva\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/11\/1-DSC01315-150x81.jpg 150w, https:\/\/www.zdravstvena.info\/preventiva\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/11\/1-DSC01315-276x150.jpg 276w, https:\/\/www.zdravstvena.info\/preventiva\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/11\/1-DSC01315.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 150px) 100vw, 150px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Dober na\u010drt vadbe je sestavljen tako, da so vaje raznolike, treningi se med seboj razlikujejo po te\u017eavnosti. Samo tako bo na\u0161 trening u\u010dinkovit, vaje bomo lahko izvajali dobro in kvalitetno. <\/p>\n<p>Prav tako je nujno potrebno krepiti celo telo, samo tako bo na\u0161e telo sorazmerno, estetsko in bomo obdr\u017eali ustrezno mi\u0161i\u010dno ravnovesje in pravilno te\u017ei\u0161\u010de, ter tako obvarovali svoje sklepe. Tudi \u0161tevilo ponovitev je pomembno, ne preve\u010d in ne premalo. <\/p>\n<p><!-- wp_ad_camp_1 --><\/p>\n<p>Velikokrat ko izbiramo vaje ali naprave sami izberemo tiste, ki jih imamo radi in se izogibamo tistih katere te\u017eko izvajamo. <\/p>\n<p>Velikokrat pa bi moralo biti ravno obratno. Tudi izbiro te\u017eavnosti vaje ali koli\u010dino ute\u017ei je smiselno prepustiti trenerju.<\/p>\n<p>Ne pozabite tudi na prehrano. Za dobro vadbo ne smemo priti v fitnes la\u010dni, med vadbo potrebujemo tako teko\u010dino, kot energijo, pa tudi po vadbi moramo obnoviti porabljeno energijo.<\/p>\n<p>Vadba mora biti raznolika, da nam bo zanimiva, da bomo zadovolji z u\u010dinki in rezultati. Torej prepustite na\u010drt strokovnjakom in vsaj na za\u010detku poi\u0161\u010dite dobrega trenerja.
