Pri njegovem prepre\u010devanju si lahko enostavno in u\u010dinkovito pomagamo predvsem sami.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Redno gibanje<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ker gre pri mrzlih okon\u010dinah najve\u010dkrat za motnje v prekrvavitvi, si lahko najhitreje pomagamo z gibanjem. <strong>Hitra hoja, tek, tek na smu\u010deh, smu\u010danje, sankanje in druge zimske aktivnosti <\/strong>spodbudijo na\u0161 krvni obtok in po\u017eenejo kri tudi po perifernem delu o\u017eilja. Hkrati se ob telesni aktivnosti zadihamo in telo napolnimo s kisikom, kar ima na organizem \u0161tevilne pozitivne u\u010dinke \u2013 pospe\u0161i se na primer proizvodnja eritrocitov, hkrati pa se okrepi imunski sistem. Tudi pozimi bi moralo biti zato gibanje na sve\u017eem zraku redni del na\u0161ega vsakdana, saj nas ohranja v dobri telesni kondiciji, varuje pred sezonskimi obolenji, za povrh pa nas \u0161e greje.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Greje tudi hrana<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pomembno vlogo pri ogrevanju od znotraj ima tudi hrana. \u017de starodavne civilizacije so vedele, da imajo nekatera \u017eivila izrazito grelni u\u010dinek na telo, medtem kot druga hladijo. Kitajska tradicionalna medicina na primer \u017eivila deli na tri skupine \u2013 v prvo spadajo tista, ki krepijo energijo <em>yin<\/em> in hladijo, v drugo tista, ki krepijo energijo <em>yan<\/em> in grejejo, v tretjo pa tista, ki so glede tega nevtralna. Tudi indijska ayurveda za nekatera pravi, da z uravnavanjem <em>vata<\/em> do\u0161e ustvarjajo toploto in nam v mrazu pomagajo, da ostajamo topli, grelne lastnosti pa so se nekateri hrani pripisovale tudi v \u010dasu starih Grkov in kasneje Rimljanov.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sadje in zelenjava<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>V grobem lahko re\u010demo, da hrana z veliko vsebnostjo vode hladi, medtem ko tista z manj vode greje. Hladilni u\u010dinek ima zato ve\u010dina sadja, predvsem ananas, lubenica, papaja, mango, kokos in drugo tropsko sadje (izjema je avokado).<\/p>\n<p>Manj hladi <strong>suho sadje<\/strong>, ki je med procesom su\u0161enja izgubilo ve\u010dino vode, zato so v hladnih dneh dober vir vitaminov suha jabolka, hru\u0161ke, slive, kakiji in druge posu\u0161ene sadne dobrote.<\/p>\n<p>Od zelenjave grejejo <strong>rde\u010da pesa, zimske bu\u010de, zelje, ohrovt, sladki krompir in hren<\/strong>, hladi pa poletna zelenjava (paradi\u017eniki, jaj\u010devci, zelena solata, \u0161pina\u010da). Hladilno deluje tudi ve\u010dina stro\u010dnic (z izjemo <strong>\u010di\u010derike in le\u010de<\/strong>, ki grejeta) in \u017eitaric (z izjemo r\u017ea<strong>, ajde, prosa in rjavega ri\u017ea<\/strong>).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mo\u010d za\u010dimb<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u010ce smo se od nekdaj greli z zeli\u0161\u010dnim \u010dajem, je morda \u010das, da ga zamenjamo z za\u010dimbnim. Ve\u010dina zeli\u0161\u010d, ki jih lahko nabiramo pri nas, namre\u010d izrazito hladi, mo\u010dno grelno pa delujejo za\u010dimbe: <strong>cimet, klin\u010dki, (zvezdasti) jane\u017e, ingver, \u010desen, peter\u0161ilj, origano, ro\u017emarin, zelena, \u017eajbelj, mu\u0161katni ore\u0161\u010dek, gor\u010di\u010dna semena, pehtran, timijan, bazilika, lovorjev list, kumina, drobnjak, kardamom, kurkuma&#8230;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Telo grejeta tudi <strong>himalajska in morska sol.<\/strong><br \/>\n\u010ce smo premra\u017eene sorte nam zato lahko pomagajo omenjene za\u010dimbe, ki jih dodajamo zeli\u0161\u010dnim \u010dajem in drugim obi\u010dajnim jedem.<\/p>\n<p>Po za\u010dimbah naj zadi\u0161i tudi iz prazni\u010dne kuhinje, saj se pi\u0161kotom odli\u010dno podajo cimet, kardamom in mu\u0161katni ore\u0161\u010dek, kuhanega vina pa tako ali tako ni brez klin\u010dkov.<\/p>\n<p>Zaradi vsebnosti kakovostnih nenasi\u010denih ma\u0161\u010dob grejejo tudi <strong>konopljina semena, konopljino olje, chia semena<\/strong> in<strong> acai v prahu<\/strong>, medtem ko kokosovo olje ayurveda uvr\u0161\u010da med hladna \u017eivila.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hladni zimski dnevi s seboj pogosto prinesejo tudi mrzle okon\u010dine.
