Vendar \u017eal temu ni tako.<\/p>\n<p>S pravilno prehrano in na\u010dinom \u017eivljenja lahko ravnotako vplivamo na dejavnike, tako kot zdravila za zni\u017eevanje krvnega tlaka (ace inhibitorji), zni\u017eevanje slabega holesterola LDL (statini), in prepre\u010devanje nastanka strdkov (acetylsalicylic acid).<\/p>\n<p>Dieta je zelo u\u010dinkovita, vendar je z njo potrebno za\u010deti \u017ee zelo zgodaj. Najnovej\u0161a raziskava ka\u017ee, da citrus pektina pomaga nevtralizirati beljakovine, imenovane galectin3, ki povzro\u010dajo brazgotinjenje sr\u010dnega tkiva, kar vodi do kongestivnega sr\u010dnega popu\u0161\u010danja &#8211; bolezni, ki ima v ve\u010dini primerov zelo slabo prognozo.<\/p>\n<p>20% ameri\u010danov starih nad 50 let ima povi\u0161an nivo galectin-3. Na \u017ealost pa le \u010desen, \u010dokolada in vino ne bodo re\u0161ili vseh zapletov s srcem in \u017eilami.<\/p>\n<p>Problem je \u0161ir\u0161i in se nahaja v predelani hrani, ki jo zau\u017eijemo v vedno ve\u010djih koli\u010dinah, prevelikih koli\u010dinah mesa, mastne hrane, sladkarij, alkohola, gaziranih pija\u010d itd..<\/p>\n<p>Zapomnite se! Ko boste jedli zdravo in se vsaj malo rekreirali, se bo pri\u010del zmanj\u0161evati riziko za sr\u010dno\u017eilna obolenja.
