Ma\u0161\u010dobe, pa \u010deprav v minimalnih koli\u010dinah, vsebujejo celo \u017eivila, kot sta sadje in zelenjava, povpre\u010den \u010dlovek pa tako ali tako zau\u017eije preve\u010d ma\u0161\u010dob dnevno. Bolj pomembno je, da iz svojega jedilnika izlo\u010dimo slabe ma\u0161\u010dobe, ki prispevajo k debelosti, boleznim srca in o\u017eilja in drugih zdravstvenim te\u017eavam.<\/p>\n<p>Problemati\u010dne so predvsem ma\u0161\u010dobe \u017eivalskega izvora, ki so nasi\u010dene in jih mnoge raziskave povezujejo s pove\u010dano mo\u017enostjo za razvoj sr\u010dno\u017eilnih bolezni, s povi\u0161animi vrednostmi LDL holesterola v krvi, z ve\u010djim tveganjem za razvoj dolo\u010denih oblik raka in z zmanj\u0161ano mineralno gostoto kosti. Poleg \u017eivalskih ma\u0161\u010dob bi se morali izogibati tudi t. i. trans ma\u0161\u010dobam: gre za ma\u0161\u010dobe rastlinskega izvora, ki so jih s procesom hidrogenizacije spremenili kemi\u010dno strukturo.<\/p>\n<p>Zakaj so trans nasi\u010dene ma\u0161\u010dobne kisline, ki jih ustvarimo s hidrogenizacijo, tako \u0161kodljive, ni popolnoma jasno, a klini\u010dne raziskave in statistika brez dvoma ka\u017eejo, da je njihovo u\u017eivanje povezano s pojavom krvo\u017eilnih obolenj, poru\u0161enim razmerjem dobrega in slabega holesterola v krvi, z nabiranjem ma\u0161\u010devja v predelu trebuha in razvojem rakavih obolenj.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-4958\" src=\"https:\/\/www.zdravstvena.info\/preventiva\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/dobre-mascobe.jpg\" alt=\"dobre mascobe\" width=\"497\" height=\"306\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.zdravstvena.info\/preventiva\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/dobre-mascobe.jpg 650w, https:\/\/www.zdravstvena.info\/preventiva\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/dobre-mascobe-150x92.jpg 150w, https:\/\/www.zdravstvena.info\/preventiva\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/dobre-mascobe-244x150.jpg 244w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 497px) 100vw, 497px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Dobre ma\u0161\u010dobe<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Omenjene \u0161kodljive ma\u0161\u010dobe lahko nadomestimo z nepredelanimi ma\u0161\u010dobami iz rastlinskih virov. V teh ve\u010dinoma najdemo nenasi\u010dene ma\u0161\u010dobne kisline, ki veljajo za zdrave, saj krepijo zdravje srca in o\u017eilja ter optimizirajo razmerje med slabim (LDL) in dobrim (HDL) holesterolom v krvi. So tudi glavni vir esencialnih ma\u0161\u010dobnih kislin, ki jih na\u0161e telo ne zna sintetizirati samo \u2013 tak\u0161ne so omega-3 in omega-6 ma\u0161\u010dobne kisline.<\/p>\n<p>Pri slednjih je pomembno tudi razmerje, v katerem jih u\u017eivamo. Optimalno razmerje med omega-6 in omega-3 ma\u0161\u010dobnimi kislinami zna\u0161a 3:1, a se v zahodnem svetu nagiba bolj proti 15:1.<\/p>\n<p>Strokovnjaki ugotavljajo, da povpre\u010dnemu \u010dloveku v razvitem svetu kriti\u010dno primanjkuje omega-3 ma\u0161\u010dobnih kislin, saj s svojim na\u010dinom prehrane omega-6 ma\u0161\u010dobne kisline dobi prakti\u010dno povsod, predvsem v hitri in procesirani prehrani, kjer se uporablja veliko sojinega in son\u010dni\u010dnega olja.<\/p>\n<p>Re\u0161itev je v pripravljanju hrane doma in uporabi ma\u0161\u010dob, pri katerih je razmerje med omenjenimi omega ma\u0161\u010dobnimi kislinami optimalno.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-4959\" src=\"https:\/\/www.zdravstvena.info\/preventiva\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/konopljina-semena.jpg\" alt=\"konopljina semena\" width=\"500\" height=\"500\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.zdravstvena.info\/preventiva\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/konopljina-semena.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.zdravstvena.info\/preventiva\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/konopljina-semena-150x150.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><strong>Konopljina semena in konopljino olje<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Razmerje omega-6:omega-3 v konopljinih semenih zna\u0161a optimalnih 3:1, enako pa velja tudi za konopljino olje. Za ljudi, pri katerih je omenjeno razmerje poru\u0161eno v prid omega-6, je to \u0161e posebej pomembno.<\/p>\n<p>[wp_ad_camp_1]<\/p>\n<p>Lanena semena meljemo sproti in jih dodajamo v kosmi\u010de ali pa jih popijemo skupaj z vodo, lahko pa u\u017eivamo tudi laneno olje na te\u0161\u010de ali v solatah.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-4961\" src=\"https:\/\/www.zdravstvena.info\/preventiva\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/chia-semena.jpg\" alt=\"chia semena\" width=\"500\" height=\"333\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.zdravstvena.info\/preventiva\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/chia-semena.jpg 588w, https:\/\/www.zdravstvena.info\/preventiva\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/chia-semena-150x100.jpg 150w, https:\/\/www.zdravstvena.info\/preventiva\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/chia-semena-225x150.jpg 225w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Chia semena<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Podobno bogat vir omega-3 ma\u0161\u010dobnih kislin so chia semena, ki vsebujejo trikrat ve\u010d omega-3 kot omega-6 ma\u0161\u010dobnih kislin.<\/p>\n<p>Po njihovi vsebnosti preka\u0161ajo lososa in druge ribe, ki so dolgo \u010dasa veljale za edini vir omega-3 ma\u0161\u010dobnih kislin, preka\u0161ajo pa tudi mnoge druge splo\u0161no znane vire hranil.<\/p>\n<p>Vsebujejo namre\u010d dvakrat ve\u010d beljakovin od katerihkoli drugih semen ali \u017eit, dvakrat toliko kalija kot banane, trikrat ve\u010d antioksidantov kot jagodi\u010devje, petkrat ve\u010d kalcija kot mleko in trikrat ve\u010d \u017eeleza kot \u0161pina\u010da.<\/p>\n<p>Chia semena je dobro pred uporabo namo\u010diti v trikratni koli\u010dini vode ali druge teko\u010dine, da nabreknejo. Nato jih lahko dodajamo v smutije, juhe, solate ali pa jih namo\u010dimo v rastlinskem mleku, da dobimo nekak\u0161en puding.<\/p>\n<p>Zmleta jih lahko dodajamo tudi v testo za kruh, ki bo tako ostal sve\u017e dlje \u010dasa, ali pa jih pri peki uporabimo namesto jajc: ena \u017elica namo\u010denih chia semen nadomesti eno jajce.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u0160e vedno nam nekje v podzavesti odmeva, da so ma\u0161\u010dobe slabe in se jim je treba izogibati.
