Prav tako lahko mobilnost delimo na stati\u010dno gibljivost , ki ni povezana z gibanjem in dinami\u010dno gibljivost (kineti\u010dno gibljivost), ki je povezana z obsegom giba med aktivnostjo in pa stati\u010dno-dinami\u010dna gibljivost.<\/p>\n<p>Pri vsakem gibanju v telesu je potrebno pravilno, uravnote\u017eeno in dobro koordinirano delo skeletnih mi\u0161ic ki delajo (agonisti), mi\u0161ic ki so delujo\u010di mi\u0161ici nasprotni (antagonisti), mi\u0161ic ki sodelujejo aktivno \u2013 pomagajo pri izvedbi giba (sinergisti) in mi\u0161ic ki pomagajo pri vzdr\u017eevanju polo\u017eaja telesa ali dela telesa (fiksatorji) in seveda normalna \u017eiv\u010dno mi\u0161i\u010dna koordinacija. Mi\u0161ice delujejo v paru, ko en par dela, drugi par po\u010diva, ko napnemo npr. biceps, mora biti triceps spro\u0161\u010den, da je mogo\u010d gib.<\/p>\n<p>Tako lahko s pomo\u010djo, recipro\u010dne inhibicije, kot se omenjeni proces imenuje, dose\u017eemo sprostitev tudi s pomo\u010djo napenjanja nasprotnega para (antagonista).<\/p>\n<p>Po dolo\u010denem \u010dasu napenjanja, lahko z spro\u0161\u010deno mi\u0161ico nadaljujemo gib do ponovnega raztezanja, vendar je potrebna pri tej tehniki (tehnika napni-sprosti) velika previdnost pri \u017ee po\u0161kodovanem tkivu.<\/p>\n<p>V mislih pa moramo imeti tudi starostne spremembe, saj posturalne mi\u0161ice (antigravitacijske mi\u0161ice) z leti pridobijo na tonusu, medtem ko se mi\u0161ice, ki skrbijo za na\u0161o aktivnost z leti podalj\u0161ajo in oslabijo.
