Vsako vajo ponovite 5-8 x. Vaje izvajajte po\u010dasi in natan\u010dno. Po vsaki vaji sledi po\u010ditek, ki naj bo dvakrat tako dolg kot je vaja. Vaje delajte z obema nogama.<\/p>\n<p>Lahko delate sono\u017eno ali pa kadar to ni mogo\u010de zaradi vaje, bole\u010din ali mi\u0161i\u010dne oslabelosti izmeni\u010dno z eno nogo in nato \u0161e z drugo nogo.<\/p>\n<p>1. Obe nogi polo\u017eite na podlago (posteljo ali tla) in dvignite prste od podlage. Bodite natan\u010dni in dvignite vse prste. Podplat pri tej vaji ostane na podlagi. (V pomo\u010d in samokontrolo lahko postavite pod sklepe med prsti in stopalnicami elasti\u010dni trak, ki ga ne smete izpustiti.)<\/p>\n<p>2. Obe nogi sta na podlagi in hkrati dvignite obe stopali od podlage, peta mora ostati na podlagi. (V pomo\u010d in samokontrolo lahko postavite pod peti elasti\u010dni trak, ki ga ne smete izpustiti).<\/p>\n<p>3. Skr\u010dite prste na nogah in s skr\u010denimi prsti dvignite stopali od podlage, peta ostane na podlagi.<\/p>\n<p><!-- wp_ad_camp_1 --><\/p>\n<p><strong>Vaje stoje<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Najbolje je, da stojite pred ogledalom, ki vam omogo\u010da bolj\u0161o kontrolo telesa in izvedbe vaj. Na za\u010detku stojite no obeh nogah, s stopali vodoravno in v \u0161irini bokov. Vse vaje postanejo veliko zahtevnej\u0161e, \u010de jih izvajate na nestabilni podlagi, ravnote\u017eni deski ali blazini.<\/p>\n<p>1. Stojte na obeh nogah z enakomerno porazdeljeno te\u017eo. Predstavljajte da imate pod blazinico palca, blazinico mezinca in na sredini pete to\u010dko. Rahlo pokr\u010dite koleni, napnite trebu\u0161ne mi\u0161ice in enakomerno porazdelite vseh 6 to\u010dk (po 3 to\u010dke na vsaki nogi). Mirno dihajte in vztrajajte v tem polo\u017eaju.<\/p>\n<p>2. Isti polo\u017eaj kot v prej\u0161nji vaji, po\u010dasi prenesite te\u017eo na prednje 4 to\u010dke, a ne dvignite pete od tal, nato prenesite te\u017eo na zadnji 2 to\u010dki in ne dvignite prstov od tal.<\/p>\n<p>3. Odro\u010dite obe roki, stojte na desni nogi (enakomerno porazdeljena te\u017ea na 3 to\u010dke in rahlo pokr\u010deno koleno in napete trebu\u0161ne mi\u0161ice), pazite da se boste \u010dim manj nagnili na desno stran in po\u010dasi odmaknite stegnjeno levo nog vstran in po\u010dasi nazaj, \u010de je mogo\u010de vmes ne stopita na tla. Ponovite na drugi nogi.
