Bela \u010dokolada je najbolj lomljiva vrsta \u010dokolade.<\/p>\n<p>* \u010dokolada za kuhanje in druge.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>ZELENI in \u010cRNI \u010cAJ<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Obadva sta zelo zdrava saj vsebujeta kopico antioksidantov, ki pomagajo zni\u017eevati krvni tlak in prepre\u010dujejo oksidativne reakcije LDL holesterola.<\/p>\n<p>Ko boste kupovali slednje dva jih kupujte v \u010dajnicah. Iz delikates so tovarni\u0161ko obdelani in mnogo manj kakovostni kot pa tisti &#8216;doma\u010di&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>Priporo\u010dljivo ga je popiti vsaj 2 skoledici na dan. Zelo pogosta in raz\u0161irjena aroma za zeleni \u010daj je jasmin. Aromatizirajo pa jih tudi z japonsko \u010de\u0161njo, limono, vanilijo,&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Najbolj znani zeleni japonski \u010daji so:<br \/>\n* Sencha,<br \/>\n* Gyokuro<br \/>\n* Bancha.<\/p>\n<p>Kitajski zeleni \u010daji:<br \/>\n* China gunpowder,<br \/>\n* Mu Dan Special Green Tea<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>OREHI IN LE\u0160NIKI<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Vsebujejo veliko nenasi\u010denih ma\u0161\u010dob, vitamina E, magnezija in predvsem omega 3 ma\u0161\u010dob.
