DOMS (Delayed onset muscle soreness)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>T.i Mi\u0161i\u010dna vro\u010dica je bole\u010dina (vedno huj\u0161a) v preobremenjenih mi\u0161icah, ki se razvije oz. traja od 24ur do 72ur po vadbi. Najbolj bo bolelo zjutraj, ko se boste zbudili in bole\u010dina se bo stopnjevala.<\/p>\n<p>Proces nastanka je neznan.<\/p>\n<p>Nekatere \u0161tudije in izku\u0161nje ka\u017eejo na razloge kot so: pove\u010dano nabiranje mle\u010dne kisline v mi\u0161icah. Glavni krivec pa naj bi bile mikropo\u0161kodbe mi\u0161i\u010dnih celic zaradi preobilne vadbe in s tem povzro\u010den vnetni proces v sami mi\u0161ici.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"attachment wp-att-344 centered\" src=\"https:\/\/www.zdravstvena.info\/preventiva\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/01\/doms.gif\" alt=\"doms\" width=\"450\" height=\"337\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>PREVENTIVA MUSKELFIBRA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Vedno je bolj\u0161e prepre\u010devati kot pa zdraviti!<\/p>\n<p>Glavno je, da se pred vadbo intenzivno ogrejete in naredite vaje za raztezanje seveda po\u010dasi in v mejah normale.<\/p>\n<p>Po vadbi pa je se je potrebno rahlo raztegniti in ohladiti.\u00a0 Nato doma rahlo ogrevati predele mi\u0161ic z grelnimi telesi ( termofor, ovitki..) in zagotoviti telesu dovolj po\u010ditka.<\/p>\n<p>Pomembno je, da se posvetite va\u0161emu telesu ga spoznate in mu prisluhnete. Kaj kmalu boste vedeli ali delate preve\u010d in narobe.<\/p>\n<p>Zlato pravilo ostaja, da vadite zmerno in ne pretiravate. Na dolgi rok boste zmagali. Redna-zmerna telesna vadba je \u0161e vedno poglavitna.<\/p>\n<p>V \u010dasu dalj\u0161e neaktivnosti in lenarjenja je potrebno za\u010deti po\u010dasi in individualno glede na va\u0161o zgradbo telesa in razvitost mi\u0161ic.
