So ene najdra\u017ejih sestavin, ker vsi stremimo k uporabi \u017eivalskih beljakovin, vzreja \u017eivali traja dlje in dviguje njihovo ceno. Ironi\u010dno pa imajo najbolj ekonomi\u010dne zaloge \u017eivalskih proteinov najvi\u0161jo kvaliteto: jajca in mleko.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Beljakovine v jajcih in mleku so podobne proteinom v \u010dlove\u0161kem tkivu, zato jih telo zelo u\u010dinkovito izkoristi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\u010ceprav cene rastejo, so jajca in mleko goveda poceni. Za primer kozarec mleka pride ceneje kot plo\u010devinka vode.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\u010ce imate mo\u017enost pojdite po mleko k najblji\u017ejemu kmetu.
