Le z izobra\u017eenostjo, ozave\u0161\u010danjem in zdravim \u017eivljenskim slogom se bomo uspe\u0161no izogibali nastanku rakavih obolenj, \u017eiveli bomo dlje in bolj kakovostno.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><br \/>\nKar 70% vzrokov nastanka rakavih obolenj izvira iz nezdravega na\u010dina \u017eivljenja oz. onesna\u017eenega okolja. Seveda nas tu v nekaterih primerih kljub zdravemu na\u010dinu \u017eivljenja in izogibanju kancerogenih dejavnikov spro\u017eijo nastanek raka genetski dejavniki.<\/p>\n<p>Pa vendar je preventiva bolj\u0161a kot kurativa zato Vam razkrivamo nekaj malenkosti, ki bodo prepre\u010devale nastanek raka. Poskusite jih nekaj oz. vse vpeljati v na\u010din \u017eivljenja.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. FILTRIRAJTE VODO <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Slovenci imamo po ve\u010dini dr\u017eave kakovostno vodo iz vodovoda.<br \/>\nPa vendar se najdejo kraji po Sloveniji kjer je ta voda opore\u010dna z veliko \u0161kodljivimi primesmi.<\/p>\n<p>Zato priporo\u010dajo namestitev filtrov oz. filtriranje vode.<br \/>\nVisoko tehnolo\u0161ki filtri odstranijo skorajda vse kancerogene snovi, hormone in \u0161kodljive kemikalije, ki se nahajajo v pitni vodi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2.
