Vaje vam ne bodo vzele veliko \u010dasa in mogo\u010de ne bodo tako naporne. Pomembno je, da jih izvajate pravilno in redno. Poleg osnovnih vaj je priporo\u010dljivo tudi gibanje (plavanje, hitra hoja, sprehodi v naravi).&nbsp;<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Smiselno je, da se glede na va\u0161e te\u017eave&amp;vzroke in diagnostiko bole\u010din v hrbtenici&amp;kri\u017eu predhodno pogovorite z va\u0161im osebnim zdravnikom&amp;ortopedom&amp;fizioterapevtko. Naj Vas osebni zdravnik napoti na fizioterapijo, kjer Vam bodo pravilno pokazali in izbrali vaje.
