Zdrava prehrana pa je tista, ki na\u0161emu organizmu nudi tiste hranilne snovi, ki jih le ta potrebuje za nemoteno delovanje, pravilen razvoj, nadomestitev porabljenih hranilnih snovi in imunsko odpornost. Zobje in prehrana so med seboj tesno povezani. Razlo\u017eili bomo nekaj osnovnih \u017eivil po prehranski piramidi in priporo\u010dil zdrave prehrane za na\u0161e zobe.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>OGLJIKOVI HIDRATI, \u017dITA, IZDELKI IZ \u017dIT<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u017divila iz bele moke veljajo za bolj kariogena, kot \u017eivila iz \u010drne moke. \u017divila iz bele moke vsebujejo zelo fino mlete delce in ti la\u017eje prodrejo v medzobne prostore na\u0161ih zob. Ta \u017eivila namre\u010d vsebujejo gliadin beljakovina), ki je izredno lepljiv, ter ga tako te\u017eje odstranimo iz zobnih ploskev. \u017divila iz \u010drne moke imajo ve\u010d grobo mletih struktur. Ta naj bo uravnote\u017eena z veliko vlaknatega sve\u017eega sadja in zelenjave. Surovo sadje in zelenjava zahtevata tr\u0161e, mo\u010dnej\u0161e in dalj\u0161e \u017eve\u010denje, kar prispeva k bolj\u0161em \u010di\u0161\u010denju ustne votline. Tvorba sline se pri teh procesih pospe\u0161i in tako nevtralizira kariogene bakterije. Prav tako z vsakim ugrizom spravljamo obloge iz zob in masiramo dlesni. Karoten najdemo v vsej rde\u010de obarvani zelenjavi in sadju (marelice, korenje, dinja\u2026).&nbsp; Karoten (vitamin A)&nbsp; ohranja zdravo sluznico v na\u0161i ustni votlini.<\/p>\n<p>Zelena zelenjava kratkoro\u010dno \u010dez na\u0161e zobe polo\u017ei za\u0161\u010ditni film, ki \u0161\u010diti le te pred obarvanostjo. Prav tako ne pozabimo na vitamin C, ki ga najdemo v agrumih. Ko jemo citruse ali pijemo razli\u010dne sadne \u010daje pazimo, da pred \u0161\u010detkanjem zob, zobe splaknemo&nbsp; kozarcem vode ter po\u010dakamo 30 minut, saj tako prepre\u010dimo raztapljanje sklenine. Fluor je zelo pomemben pri varovanju na\u0161e sklenine pred kariogenimi bakteriji. Zadostne koli\u010dine fluora na na\u0161e zobe nanesemo \u017ee z zobno pasto<\/p>\n<p>[wp_ad_camp_1]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>BELJAKOVINSKA \u017dIVILA<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Mle\u010dni izdelki vsebujejo veliko kalcija, ki smo ga omenili \u017ee pri ogljikovih hidratih. Prav tako vsebujejo veliko kazeina, ki deluje za\u0161\u010ditno. \u017de 1 ko\u0161\u010dek sira po obroku bo prepre\u010dil porast kariogenih bakterij v na\u0161ih ustih. Takrat v na\u0161ih ustih le ta tvori ve\u010dje koli\u010dine sline, ki prepre\u010dijo nastanek oblog na na\u0161ih zobeh. Najbolj\u0161i siri za nevtralizacijo pH po obroku so gavda, \u010dedar in mocarela, saj ustvarijo za\u0161\u010ditno plast na povr\u0161ju zoba. Vsaj enkrat na teden si moramo privo\u0161\u010diti ribje meso, saj vsebuje vitamin D, ki je pomemben za absorpcijo kalcija in fosforja v prebavilih.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>SLADKORJI IN MA\u0160\u010cOBE<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Sladkorji v na\u0161i prehrani \u0161kodujejo ne samo zobem temve\u010d tudi drugim organom v na\u0161em telesu. Sladkor iz hrane je vir energije za kariogene bakterije, ki za\u010dnejo izlo\u010dati kislino, ta pa po\u0161koduje zobno sklenino. Izogibamo se sladki hrani, ki se lepi na na\u0161e zobe (suho sadje, \u017eele bomboni, karamelni bomboni\u2026), saj tako sladkorji zapolnijo medzobne prostore in tako hranijo kariogene bakterije. \u010ce si za\u017eelimo nekaj sladkega, naj bo to vedno po obroku, saj bodo tako med obrokom obloge na zobeh posrkale nekaj ma\u0161\u010dob, vlaknin in beljakovin iz hrane, ki bi ga sicer v nasprotnem primeru, zapolnili sladkorji. Izogibajmo se tudi pitju sladkih pija\u010d in raje pose\u017eemo po vodi ali nesladkanemu \u010daju.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>TEKO\u010cINA<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Voda je glavni sestavni vir na\u0161ega telesa. Priporo\u010dljiv vnos vode je od 2,5 litra \u2013 3 litre dnevno. Izogibajmo se pitju sladkih pija\u010d, saj povzro\u010dajo nastanek kariesa na na\u0161ih zobeh. Prav tako se izogibajmo pitju kave in pravega (\u010drnega) \u010daja, ki na\u0161e zobe obarvata. Zeleni \u010daj vsebuje antioksidante katehine, ki zavrejo tudi delovanje bakterij, ki jih povezujejo z nastankom parodontalne bolezni.<\/p>\n<p>Parodontalna bolezen je vnetje obzobnih tkiv. Nastane, ko se bakterije namno\u017eijo&nbsp; v obzobnih \u017eepih dlesi. Poznamo ve\u010d stopenj te bolezni: vnetje dlesni, za\u010detna parodontalna bolezen, zmerna parodontalna bolezen, napredovala parodontalna bolezen in na koncu, izpadanje zob. Parodontalna bolezen je torej posledica neprimernega \u010di\u0161\u010denja zob.<\/p>\n<p>Kadar opazimo krvavitev iz dlesni se odpravimo k svojemu izbranemu zobozdravniku, kjer bo preveril (izmeril) stanje na\u0161ih obzobnih \u017eepov ter nam svetoval nadaljnjo terapijo. Kamili\u010den poparek in \u017eajbljev poparek uporabljamo pri po\u0161kodbah ustne sluznice (vnetja, razjede), ki blagodejno vplivata na stanje v na\u0161i ustni votlini.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>ALKOHOL IN KAJENJE<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Alkohol in kajenje sta razvadi, ki prav tako mo\u010dno vplivata na stanje na\u0161e ustne votline. Cigaretni dim vsebuje kancerogene snovi, zato lahko pri\u010dakujemo negativne u\u010dinke v na\u0161i ustni votlini.<\/p>\n<p>Kadilci imajo ve\u010djo mo\u017enost raka v ustni votlini, izpadanje zob, pove\u010dano mo\u017enost parodontalne bolezni, zabarvanost zob in slab zadah ter posledi\u010dno zaradi pomanjkanje sline ve\u010djo mo\u017enost razvoja kariesa. Alkohol prav tako slabo vpliva na na\u0161e ustno zdravje.<\/p>\n<p>Alkohol povzro\u010di hitrej\u0161e odpadanje zob, zabarvanost zob (temna alkoholna pija\u010da), pokanje sklenine, suho ustno votlino in ve\u010djo mo\u017enost nastanka kariesa (kar 3x ve\u010dja kot pri nealkoholikih).<\/p>\n<p>Prehrana velja za temelj preventivnega zdravljenja. Tudi pri zdravju ustne votline je tako.
