
{"id":65,"date":"2008-10-01T00:07:54","date_gmt":"2008-09-30T22:07:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.zdravstvena.info\/preventiva\/?p=65"},"modified":"2013-03-17T13:27:27","modified_gmt":"2013-03-17T11:27:27","slug":"kako-si-lahko-sami-pomagamo-pri-bolecinah-v-vratu-bolecine-v-vratu-fizioterapija","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.zdravstvena.info\/preventiva\/kako-si-lahko-sami-pomagamo-pri-bolecinah-v-vratu-bolecine-v-vratu-fizioterapija.html","title":{"rendered":"Kako si lahko sami pomagamo pri bole\u010dinah v vratu"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"attachment wp-att-66 centered alignleft\" style=\"float: left;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.zdravstvena.info\/preventiva\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/10\/bolecina-v-vratu.jpg\" alt=\"bolecina-v-vratu\" width=\"100\" height=\"150\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"0cm 0cm 0pt;\"><span style=\"Times New Roman;\">Vratna hrbtenica, ki jo sestavlja sedem vretenc obdanih z ligamenti in mi\u0161icami, je v svojem delu vbo\u010dena (vratna lordoza). <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"0cm 0cm 0pt;\"><span style=\"Times New Roman;\">Zaradi razli\u010dnih vzrokov (slaba dr\u017ea v adolescentni dobi ali kasneje v odraslem obdobju, po\u0161kodbe, nepravilne oblike vretenc,..) se krivina lahko poravna ali izgine. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"0cm 0cm 0pt;\"><span style=\"Times New Roman;\">V\u010dasih pride tudi do stranskega odklona (skolioze), najve\u010dkrat kot posledice prekomerne izbo\u010denosti (kifoze) v prsnem delu hrbtenice. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"0cm 0cm 0pt;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"0cm 0cm 0pt;\"><span style=\"Times New Roman;\">Poleg sprememb na kostnem delu vratne hrbtenice te\u017eave lahko povzro\u010dajo tudi preslabe, prehitro utrudljive mi\u0161ice, mi\u0161i\u010dni \u00bbvozli\u00ab, nepravilna statika telesa ali psihi\u010dna napetost, katere posledica je dvig ramen, zakr\u010denost ramenskega obro\u010da, vratnih mi\u0161ic in mi\u0161ic glave. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"0cm 0cm 0pt;\"><span style=\"Times New Roman;\">Bole\u010dino in napetost v vratnem delu moramo najprej umiriti. Pomagamo si s toplimi obkladki, v primeru akutne bole\u010dine lahko tudi hladimo, masa\u017eo, fizi\u010dnim in psihi\u010dnim spro\u0161\u010danjem. Lahko si namestimo tudi protibole\u010dinsko elektri\u010dno napravo \u010de jo imamo. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"0cm 0cm 0pt;\"><span style=\"Times New Roman;\">Toda pozor, stimulatorji namenjeni stimulaciji trebu\u0161nih mi\u0161ic v ta namen niso primerni. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"0cm 0cm 0pt;\"><span style=\"Times New Roman;\">Jakost ne sme biti prevelika in mora delovati blagodejno. \u010ce si boste nastavili preveliko jakost, ne boste ni\u010d prej zdravi (tudi najesti se ne moremo enkrat na mesec za cel mesec&#8230;), ravno obratno, lahko \u0161e dodatno nadra\u017eite \u017ee sicer prekomerno vzdra\u017eene strukture. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"0cm 0cm 0pt;\"><span style=\"Times New Roman;\">Ko bole\u010dina malo popusti, je potrebno pri\u010deti z izvajanjem vaj. Najbolje je da vaje delamo sede, \u010de je mogo\u010de pred ogledalom.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"0cm 0cm 0pt;\"><span style=\"Times New Roman;\">Poznamo tri sklope vaj.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"0cm 0cm 0pt;\">\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"center;\"><span style=\"Times New Roman;\"><strong>Izometri\u010dne vaje<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"Times New Roman;\">Primerne so tudi na za\u010detku. Pri vajah napnemo mi\u0161ice, vendar ne izvajamo giba (ne premikamo). <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"0cm 0cm 0pt;\"><span style=\"Times New Roman;\">Sedimo vzravnano, obe roki sklenemo in ju polo\u017eimo na \u010delo, nato ob izdihu hkrati potisnemo glavo naprej, roki pa nazaj. Mi\u0161ice se napnejo, vendar ne izvedemo giba.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"center;\"><span style=\"Times New Roman;\">Ponovimo vaje tako, da postavimo roki za glavo in izmenoma na levo oziroma desno stran.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"center;\">\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"Times New Roman;\"><strong>Vaje za gibljivost<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"center;\"><span style=\"Times New Roman;\">Sedite vzravnano. Vdihnite in ob izdihu potisnite rami nazaj in hkrati sklonite glavo naprej na prsnico. Gib naredite po\u010dasi, dokler ne za\u010dutite zadaj v vratu raztega. Z vdihom se vrnite v za\u010detni polo\u017eaj.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"0cm 0cm 0pt;\"><span style=\"Times New Roman;\">Vaje nato ponovite tako, da nagnete glavo levo in desno, oziroma obrnete glavo izmenoma v levo in desno stran.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"0cm 0cm 0pt;\">\n<p><!-- wp_ad_camp_1 --><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"center;\"><span style=\"Times New Roman;\"><strong>Raztezne vaje<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"Times New Roman;\">Delajte po\u010dasi, ne\u017eno in brez nihanja.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"0cm 0cm 0pt;\"><span style=\"Times New Roman;\">Sklenite obe roki za glavo (roki polo\u017eite za glavo \u010disto navrhu glave), vdihnite in ob izdihu sklenite komolce in narahlo potegnite glavo navzdol (zadaj na vratu \u010dutite razteg). Z vdihom se vrnite v za\u010detni polo\u017eaj.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"0cm 0cm 0pt;\"><span style=\"Times New Roman;\">Nato desno roko polo\u017eite preko glave na levo uho, narahlo potegnite glavo na desno stran. Vdihnite in ob izdihu potisnite levo ramo navzdol proti tlom. Ponovite vajo \u0161e v levo stran.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"0cm 0cm 0pt;\"><span style=\"Times New Roman;\">Na za\u010detku naredite 4-5 ponovitev, kasneje zvi\u0161ajte na 8-10 ponovitev. Najbolje je vaditi<span style=\"yes;\"> <\/span>vsak dan ali vsaj 3 krat tedensko. Ob redni vadbi se bodo va\u0161e te\u017eave zmanj\u0161ale, se ponavljale manj pogosto ali celo izginile. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"0cm 0cm 0pt;\"><span style=\"Times New Roman;\">Latinski pregovor pravi, da ni ni\u010d te\u017eko tistemu, ki ho\u010de.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"0cm 0cm 0pt;\"><span style=\"Times New Roman;\">Obilo sre\u010de pri vadbi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"0cm 0cm 0pt;\"><span style=\"Times New Roman;\">Blanka Ko\u0161\u010dak Tivadar dipl. fiziot., pnf in cyriax terapevt<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Vratna hrbtenica, ki jo sestavlja sedem vretenc obdanih z ligamenti in mi\u0161icami, je v svojem delu vbo\u010dena (vratna lordoza).
