Je sprejemanje nekoga drugega, hkrati pa nam oseba na nasprotni strani dovoljuje, da se ji pribli\u017eamo. Gre torej za pozitiven pristop in za zaupanje na obeh straneh.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Najprej moramo poskrbeti za primerne pogoje za masa\u017eo. Potrebujemo primerno topel prostor, izberemo spro\u0161\u010dujo\u010do glasbo in di\u0161ave (npr.di\u0161e\u010do sve\u010dko, ki ne sme imeti premo\u010dnega vonja).<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Masiramo lahko na postelji ali na tleh (na blazini ali odeji, masiranemu in tistemu ki masira mora biti udobno!). Masiramo vedno mehka tkiva, torej predvsem mi\u0161ice in ne kosti, izogibamo se mo\u010dnej\u0161im pritiskom na hrbtenico.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Gladimo vzdol\u017eno, kro\u017eno, pre\u010dno, nato preidemo na mo\u010dnej\u0161e gladenje (ne premo\u010dno!), gnetenje, lahko tudi ne\u017eno ovijanje in udarjanje z zaokro\u017eeno dlanjo ali z mezin\u010devo stranjo dlani, ki pa mora biti mehka. Delamo po\u010dasi in umirjeno.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Oseba, ki jo masiramo se mora\u00a0 popolnoma sprostiti, zato je najve\u010dkrat najbolje \u010de se ne pogovarjamo. \u010ce se da, z osebo ne prekinjamo kontakta (se jo ves \u010das dotikamo) ali pa naj bo prekinitev po\u010dasna in ne\u017ena.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Ko zaklju\u010dimo na hrbtu in ramenih, ta predel pokrijemo z brisa\u010do, da masiranemu ne postane hladno. Zmasiramo podplat, zakro\u017eimo okoli gle\u017enjev in nadaljujemo na me\u010dih. Tu na\u0161 pritisk ne sme biti premo\u010dan. Zmasiramo tudi stegno, predvsem zadnjo in zunanjo stran stegna. Pokrijemo jo in pustimo prosto le rami in vrat.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Veliko ljudi ima izredno napet vratni predel in trapezoidne mi\u0161ice, kar je velikokrat tudi posledica psihi\u010dnega stresa.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Ne pozabite, da mora biti masirani spro\u0161\u010den, sicer se bo dogajal boj med vami in njim, kar ne bo vodilo k pozitivnim u\u010dinkom masa\u017ee.
