Zaradi velikih obremenitev, nenehnega prilagajanja neravni podlagi,prenosov te\u017ee in vpliva na dr\u017eo celega telesa je ta naloga izjemno pomembna. Vzdol\u017eni stopalni lok se ob vsakem naporu nekoliko splo\u0161\u010di in tako varuje pred preveliko obremenjenostjo sklepov.<\/p>\n<p>Na sprednji del stopala in na petnico se pripenja plantarna fascija. Ta vezivna struktura se zaradi preobremenjenosti pogosto vname (plantarni fsacitis) ali pa nastane celo v petni trn (spina calcanei).<\/p>\n<p>Zaradi velike tenzije je pripenjali\u0161\u010de na kosti (spini) tako zelo napeto, da vodi v mikroskopske odmike. Telo \u017eeli na vsak na\u010din zapolniti deficit, zato tam nastane trn.<\/p>\n<p><!-- wp_ad_camp_1 --><\/p>\n<p>Bole\u010dina je pogostej\u0161a na notranjem delu pete, ker je plantarna fascia (imenovana tudi plantarna aponevroza) zjutraj skr\u010dena in razbremenjena, zato je tudi zjutraj bole\u010dina ve\u010dja.<\/p>\n<p>Bole\u010dina se s hojo zmanj\u0161a, vendar se ob pove\u010danem naporu, kot npr tek, dolgotrajna hoja ali stoja ponovno pojavi. Pri teka\u010dih je najve\u010dkrat vzrok prevelika pronacija stopala. Trn nastane tudi zaradi kroni\u010dnega vnetja plantarne aponevroze.<\/p>\n<p>Kadar se pojavi bole\u010dina moramo najprej po\u010divati, torej razbremeniti plantarno aponevrozo. \u010ce smo \u0161portno aktivni lahko zamenjamo tek s kolesarjenjem, plavanjem, kupimo si ustrezne \u0161portne copate. Sicer po\u010divamo, v primeru hudega vnetja lahko hladimo, izvajajmo vaje za raztezanje mi\u0161ic stopala, mi\u0161ic me\u010d in ahilove tetive.<\/p>\n<p>U\u010dinkovito razbremenitev nudijo silikonski vlo\u017eki, ugodno vpliva tudi masa\u017ea stopal ali limfna drena\u017ea. V primeru ve\u010djih te\u017eav, je ustrezna terapija za trn s pomo\u010djo protibole\u010dinske elektrostimulacije, UZ, ki meh\u010da ali razbija trn, laserske terapije ali magnetne terapije.
