Poleg tega sklop \u017eivcev in \u017eiv\u010dnih receptorjev v na\u0161 centralni \u017eiv\u010dni sistem, to je mo\u017egane po\u0161ilja informacije o polo\u017eaju telesa v prostoru. <!--more-->Pri zdravem \u010dloveku tako vse informacije skupaj predstavljajo \u010dudovito organiziran sistem, ki nas ves \u010das med hojo ali tekom obve\u0161\u010da o povr\u0161ini po kateri hodimo. Prav zato se velikokrat postavlja vpra\u0161anje kak\u0161na obutev je primerna. Znanstveniki z obse\u017enimi \u0161tudijami sku\u0161ajo ugotoviti, kako najbolj prilagoditi obutev posamezniku.<\/p>\n<p>Skozi milijone let se je na\u0161e telo zelo spreminjalo, vendar so spremembe, ki smo jih do\u017eiveli v zadnjih dveh stoletjih ve\u010dje kot vse spremembe v preteklih letih. \u010ce se vrnemo k stopalu, sedaj se gibljemo predvsem na trdih in ravnih podlagah, stopalu se ni ve\u010d potrebno prilagajat.<\/p>\n<p>Posledi\u010dno je poru\u0161ena statika stopala, stopalo je obrnjeno preve\u010d navznoter (hiperpronacija), kar vpliva na gle\u017eenj (valgus), koleno (notranja rotacija), kolk (notranja rotacija kolka in tilt medenice), spremembe na hrbtenici,\u2026.<\/p>\n<p>Poleg tega se posledi\u010dno zmanj\u0161a upogib stopala in palca navzgor (dorzifleksija), kar povzro\u010di pove\u010danje napetosti na strukture na podplatih, zmanj\u0161ano iztega v kolku in ponovno spremembe na hrbtenici.<\/p>\n<p>Poleg sprememb na mi\u0161icah in kosteh se pojavljajo tudi spremembe na proprioceptorjih, ki s\u010dasoma postanejo po\u010dasni ali pa preve\u010d vzdra\u017eeni zaradi prevelike koli\u010dine informacij, navadno zaradi motenj normalnih gibov.<\/p>\n<p><!-- wp_ad_camp_1 --><\/p>\n<p>Proprioceptorji\u00a0 po\u0161iljajo senzorne informacije z na\u0161ih mi\u0161ic, ligamentov, sklepnih kapsul v na\u0161 centralni \u017eiv\u010dni sistem in sporo\u010dajo informacije o polo\u017eajih sklepov in tako pomagajo uravnavati dr\u017eo in koordinirati gibanje.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kako ukrepati?<\/strong><br \/>\nPredvsem moramo za\u010deti svoja stopala uporabljati.<\/p>\n<p>Za\u010dnite s hojo ali \u0161e bolje s tekom, previdno in po\u010dasi in seveda na neravni podlagi. Prav je da izberete pravilne teka\u0161ke copate. S pravilno podporo bo tudi obremenitev sklepov pravilnej\u0161a. Toda zavedati se moramo dveh stvari.<\/p>\n<p>Prvi\u010d da je tek le del\u010dek \u010dasa, ko smo na nogah in ves ostali \u010das so sklepi \u0161e vedno v \u00bbnapa\u010dnem\u00ab ali bolje re\u010deno ne v najbolj\u0161em polo\u017eaju in drugi\u010d, samo pasivna podpora ni dovolj, potrebno je delati pravilne vaje.<\/p>\n<p>Prav zato so zelo pomembne vaje na ravnote\u017enih blazinah in deskah.
