To pa predvsem vpliva na zdravje mlade populacije.<\/p>\n<p>Re\u0161itev: Izberite paradi\u017enik v steklenicah ali v Tetra Pak-u. Najbolj\u0161i pa je seveda gojen na lastni njivi in shranjen&amp;predelan doma v steklenih posodah.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Na sre\u010do je bil ta na\u010din vzgoje in pridelave zavrnjen v ve\u010dini industrializiranih dr\u017eav.<\/p>\n<p>Re\u0161itev: Na embala\u017ei preverite, \u010de je mleko pridelano brez umetnih hormonov oz. kupujte ekolo\u0161ko mleko.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. JABOLKA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sadje, ki zmaga v koli\u010dini pesticidov so prav zagotovo jabolka. Kupili si boste avto za 20.000 eur, ne bi pa od\u0161teli nekaj eur ve\u010d za bolj kvalitetno in zdravo ekolo\u0161ko pridelano hrano.<\/p>\n<p>Eko-bio, doma\u010da pridelana hrana bo prinesla blagodejne u\u010dinke na zdravje \u010dez \u010das oz. kasneje ne bo pustila posledic na va\u0161em zdravju.<\/p>\n<p>Hrana pa je tudi u\u017eitek in ko boste jedli bolj kvalitetno ter zdravo bo tudi po\u010dutje&amp;razpolo\u017eenje odli\u010dnej\u0161e.<\/p>\n<p>Ekolo\u0161ko pridelana \u017eivila imajo po \u0161tudijah dokazano za 30% odstotkov ve\u010d hranil, vitaminov in mineralov.<\/p>\n<p>V telo pa vnesete\u00a0tudi manj toksinov, pesticidov in ostalih \u0161kodljivih snovi.<\/p>\n<p>12 najbolj prodajanih vrst sadja in zelenjave v trgovinah vsebuje kar 45 vrst pesticidov. Predstavljajte kaj vse te kemikalije po\u010dno z va\u0161imi celicami v telesu. Predvsem na reproduktivnih organih, spermi in genskem zapisu.<\/p>\n<p>Seveda v dana\u0161njem tempu \u017eivljenja ne uspemo pridelati vsega sami in tudi finan\u010dno stanje nam ne dopu\u0161\u010da vedno kupovati ekolo\u0161ko.<\/p>\n<p>Pa vendar jejmo \u010dimbolj raznoliko, pridelajmo \u010dimve\u010d sadja in zelenjave in izbirajmo manj hrane pa vendar tisto bolj zdravo&amp;sezonsko. Izogibajte se industrijsko pridelani in predelani hrani.
