Mnoge molekule so lahko zelo velike in jih imenujemo <strong>makromolekule.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><font color=\"#0000ff\"><strong> Kemijski elementi v biolo\u0161kih molekulah :<\/strong><\/font><\/p>\n<p>Od ve\u010d kot 100 kemijskih elementov je le 31 biolo\u0161ko pomembnih.<br \/>\n<strong> \u2022    <font color=\"#0000ff\">Ti elementi so razdeljeni v 3 skupine:<\/font><\/strong><br \/>\na)    <strong>Makroelementi: <\/strong> v \u017eivih bitjih so prisotni v ve\u010djih koli\u010dinah in so nujno potrebni za \u017eivljenje: <strong>OGLJIK, VODIK, KISIK, DU\u0160IK, \u017dVEPLO, FOSFOR.<\/strong><br \/>\nb)    <strong>Mikroelementi:<\/strong>  v sledovih, vendar ravno tako pomembni za \u017eivljenje:  <strong>KALCIJ, MAGNEZIJ, \u017dELEZO, JOD<\/strong><br \/>\nc)    Elementi, ki so le v nekaterih organizmih: <strong>ARZEN, BROM, MOLIBDEN<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><font color=\"#0000ff\"><strong> Biolo\u0161ke makromolekule<\/strong><\/font><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong> Mnoge molekule, ki sestavljajo \u017eiva bitja so zelo velike. Tako imenovane makromolekule razdelimo na:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022    Nukleinske kisline<br \/>\n\u2022    Proteine<br \/>\n\u2022    Polisaharide<br \/>\n<font color=\"#0000ff\"><strong> Biolo\u0161ke makromolekule sodelujejo pri razli\u010dnih funkcijah v telesu:<\/strong><\/font><br \/>\n\u2022    <strong>Shranjevanje in prenos genetske informacije<\/strong> ( nukl. kisline)<br \/>\n\u2022    <strong>Kataliza<\/strong> ( proteini, ki jih uvr\u0161\u010damo med encime)<br \/>\n\u2022   <strong> Vzdr\u017eevanje zgradbe celice in organizma<\/strong> ( struktorni proteini in polisaharidi)<br \/>\n\u2022    <strong>Transport manj\u0161ih molekul skozi celi\u010dno membrano in po organizmu<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u010ceprav se makromolekule med seboj precej razlikujejo, jih dru\u017ei skupna lastnost, da so to polimeri, sestavljeni iz manj\u0161ih monomernih molekul ( monomerov).<br \/>\n<strong>Polimeri nastanejo v procesu kondenzacije <\/strong>( kemijska reakcija, kjer se pove\u017eeta dve monomerni enoti, odcepi pa se voda )<\/p>\n<p>Homopolimeri so so sestavljeni iz enakih monomernih enot.<br \/>\nHeteropolimeri se med seboj razlikujejo tako fizikalno, kemijsko kot biolo\u0161ko.<br \/>\nPrimer heteroploimerov so proteini, ki so sestavljeni iz 20 razli\u010dnih aminokislin.<br \/>\nNukleinske kisline so heteroplimeri sestavljeni iz monomernih enot, ki jih imenujemo nukleotidi. <strong>( DNK, RNK)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><font color=\"#0000ff\"><strong> ORGANELI, CELICE IN ORGANIZMI<\/strong><\/font><\/p>\n<p>Virusi, ki jih ne \u0161tejemo med \u017eiva bitja so zgrajeni iz ene nukl. Celi\u010dne komponente so obdane s celi\u010dno membrano in steno.Ve\u010dkrat so pokriti z bi\u010dki ( flageli), ki slu\u017eijo premikanju in manj\u0161imi izrastki ( piliji) za razmno\u017eevanje.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-left: 18pt\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>V notranjosti celice je citoplazma, ki je suspenzija molekul, encimov, ribosomov in DNA.<br \/>\nVsaka celica ima en kromosom, ki je molekula DNA.<br \/>\n<strong> Najbolj poznan prokariont je bakterija E. coli.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> Eukarionti  so \u017eivalske in rastlinske celice.
